Album Care
Protect your books and albums with our presentation boxes to prevent damage from light, dust and environmental factors. Store horizontally, avoid direct sunlight and do not leave them open for too long. Avoid areas with heat, humidity or contact with moisture. Support the binding when checking and never hang the album by the cover to prevent damage.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Production time
Production time begins the business day after approval of the mockup and confirmation of the order with an estimate of 10 to 15 business days.
Payment methods
Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Orders placed outside of these hours are processed the next business day. Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. All orders are fully trackable through this link.
Order Invoice
Once the order is confirmed, any changes to billing information are impossible. The invoice will reflect the details provided during the purchase by the customer.
Order Cancellation / Order Modification
Once the order is placed, it becomes unmodifiable. The only feasible option is to send an email to help@clickplusco.com , a possibility reserved for purchases in their initial stages of processing.
For transactions still in the early stages, and eligible for cancellation, customers will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Shipment information
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, size and weight of your order. The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase, so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming payment.
For international orders, please note that your country may impose customs duties, taxes or duties on imported products. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once an order has been placed, an email will automatically be sent with tracking information, which will include the tracking number and link to check your status.
Shipping options
Click+ provides customers with the flexibility to have their orders delivered to the private address of their choice and to the Madrid showroom, an option chosen during the payment process.
Customs Taxes

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchange & Returns Policy
We do not accept exchanges or returns for our products.
However, if you feel that the product you received does not match what was promised, you need to get in touch. You have up to 48 hours from when you received the order to send us an email at help@clickplusco.com . In that email, tell us about the product and explain what's wrong with it. This will help us decide what to do next, possibly including sending the product back to us for review.
Exchange & Returns Procedure

Refunds
If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the amount you have paid for the order, and we will not assume any further liability in relation to the rejected order.
